# Daily Recap

The daily recap tracker is a collection of short questions meant to be answered daily to serve as an active reminder and reinforcement of a behavior change objective.

Some examples of Daily Recap questions can be seen below.

* I took a walk or exercise
* I avoided fatty foods
* I avoided salty foods
* I limited sugary foods and beverages
* I practiced portion control
