# Login and logout to the Portal

To access the TeleWellness Portal, click on the link below:

It will redirect you to the following screen:

Login by using your **Email address** and **Password** provided by the Suggestic team.

This page can be reached at any time by clicking on the Home icon.

**Did you forget your password?**

If you forget your password, click on the Forget password? link and be directed to a password reset page to enter your email to reset your password.&#x20;

Click on the **Restore** button, and an email will be sent with the password reset instructions.
