In a plan, set up macro goals, calories and the program to be used
A meal plan created , add recipes for each meal-type and day, add a serving per each recipe, swap recipes, and check the macro goals calculated based on all the recipes added to the meal plan.
It depends on how you add the recipes. If you add a recipe and select the option to eat every day, all the week will be fulfilled with the selected recipe. On the contrary, If a recipe is added for a single day, you can choose when to start your week.
