What is the difference between creating a smart plan or creating a meal plan from scratch?

  • In a smart meal plan, set up macro goals, calories and the program to be used
  • A meal plan created from scratch, add recipes for each meal-type and day, add a serving per each recipe, swap recipes, and check the macro goals calculated based on all the recipes added to the meal plan.

Will my meal plan start from the day I will start adding recipes?

It depends on how you add the recipes. If you add a recipe and select the option to eat every day, all the week will be fulfilled with the selected recipe. On the contrary, If a recipe is added for a single day, you can choose when to start your week.
