# Manage Coaches

Coaches can be managed only by users who have the Admin role. 

These users can: 

* Register new coaches and send them invites 
* Edit coaches 
* Assign members to a coach 
* Activate/Deactivate coaches

### Locate a Coach

The Coaching Admin user will have the Admin option at the left side of the screen:

Click on the **Admin** button to get the available list of coaches:

It is divided into the following 3 tabs

* [**Coaches**](https://docs.suggestic.com/coaching-portal/user-management/administering-coaches/register-a-new-coach)**:** It displays the list of created coaches.
* [**Calendar**](/telewellness-portal/user-management/manage-coaches/calendar-tab.md)**:** Configure the Calendar of the coaches.
* [**Note templates**](/telewellness-portal/user-management/manage-coaches/note-templates-tab.md)**:** Create and configure the notes templates to be used in the Coach dashboard.
