Manage Coaches

Coaches can be managed only by users who have the Admin role.

These users can:

• Register new coaches and send them invites

• Edit coaches

• Assign members to a coach

• Activate/Deactivate coaches

Locate a Coach

The Coaching Admin user will have the Admin option at the left side of the screen:

Click on the Admin button to get the available list of coaches:

It is divided into the following 3 tabs

• Coaches: It displays the list of created coaches.

• Calendar: Configure the Calendar of the coaches.

• Note templates: Create and configure the notes templates to be used in the Coach dashboard.
