# Manage predefined nutritional programs

Suggestic provides predefined nutritional programs which can be duplicated to be later modified and used according to the user's requirements.

To see the list of predefined programs, access to <img src="/files/mHJzUh9k1F8EZYQd3NKK" alt="" data-size="line"> **Program** option and click on the **Predefined** tab:

To duplicate a prepared program, choose a program and click on the ![](/files/fQ7s87CeWfz1cBllDwNt)icon. A popup message indicating the program has been duplicated is displayed. Then the program will be listed in the My Program section as inactive.

**Note:** A program is duplicated with its rules.
