Mealplan Playground

The Mealplan playground aims to be used as a meal plan tester in which users can generate a meal plan based on a combination of parameters and conditions until getting a meal plan that best suits a user's requirements.

Use the generated meal plan information only as a reference. It is not possible to save it.

For this purpose, set up the following parameters:

  • Select a program

  • Select the meal

  • Define the total calories per day

  • Define the number of days

  • Define the macro goals

Access the Mealplan playground

By default, some information is prefilled. Edit it if your requirements are different.

How to define the parameters

Select a program

Select the program to which the meal plan will be applied:

Select the meals

Select the meal times to which the meal plan will be generated. Click on the dropdown to select the meal.

Each one of them is differentiated by a different color, pick one or more from the list. To remove one, click on the x option:

Define the total calories per day

Define the total calories per day the meal plan will have. Use the up or down arrow to change the calorie number, or introduce the number manually:

Define the number of days

Define the number of days a the meal plan will be generated. Click on the down arrow to select the day number:

Define the macro goals

Define the carbs, protein, and fat percentage accordingly as well as the daily calories per Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snack. Finally, define the maximum preparation time and the maximum ingredients each meal will have.

Generate the meal plan

After setting up all the parameters, click on the Generate Meal Plan button to get the Meal Plan information which will be displayed below the parameters:

The meal plan generated will have recipes that match with the parameters set. It will be divided into the number of days, the daily calories percentages for each meal, and the macro goals average information per day.
